Dr. Santor Nishizaki

Dr. Santor Nishizaki is the Founder & CEO of the Mulholland Consulting Group, LLC, and has published domestic and international articles about Millennials in the workplace, mentoring, and leadership. He’s excited about his new book, Working with Gen Z: A Handbook to Recruit, Retain, and Reimagine the Future Workforce after COVID-19, to help employers avoid mistakes made with Millennials when they entered the workforce.

 

Santor is writing a ‘how-to’ guide for first-time and emerging leaders by interviewing over 100 Millennial leaders from multiple industries, including Fortune 500 companies, winners of Forbes 30 Under 30, Inc 30 Under 30, Entrepreneur’s 27 Under 27, a CNN Hero, government, nonprofit, and educational organizations. In addition to Santor’s training and consulting experience, Dr. Nishizaki is a Ph.D. and MBA professor who has taught hundreds of Gen Z’ers in leadership, strategic management, diversity in the workplace, marketing, management, global supply chain, and entrepreneurship. Lastly, Santor has corporate experience beyond academia, working as an (Acting) City Manager in the Los Angeles Area and a project manager overseas for Walt Disney Imagineering. Before working overseas, Santor worked at a NASA Center as a subcontracts manager and received numerous awards, including the Dr. Charles K. Witham Environmental Stewardship Award and 40 Under Forty for Santa Clarita, California. Lastly, Santor helped start a Global Leadership conference in Placencia, Belize, which is now in its 7th year.

Dr. James Rocco DellaNeve

James is a software deployment leader for a $150M software project across multiple corporate divisions of a large aerospace firm. He has had multiple positions along his career either forming new teams or departments as well as defining organizational strategies and structures to work across multiple divisions. He is called upon to lead Root Cause Corrective Actions engagements on troubled projects as well as consults on strategic initiatives.

 

One of the main drivers for writing this book is that James has worked help start a STEM program for grades 6 thru 8 that has launched missions to the International Space Station. He sits on the board of K-8 school, and has worked with high school interns at his aerospace firm for the past decade and as a result feels that to help this generation, we need to understand them. He has taught qualitative and quantitative research methods and statistics at Pepperdine University’s Organizational Leadership Doctorate program for the past 10 years. His academic specialty is Organizational Change and Organizational Learning. His business expertise is in Strategic Management, Program Management, Innovation, Information Technology, and AGILE software methodology.
